    Unexpected birthday surprise awaits

    The warm welcome was complemented by a bottle of cava to celebrate my birthday. The rooftop bar was like a hidden gem, with a amazing view of the city.

    While the tiny pool on the rooftop was a bit misleading initially, the close proximity to the beach made up for it. Minor adjustments were needed with some breakfast items that could be improved.

    The hotel was decent, but not what i expected for such a high price. The noise from the neighbors was unbearable, i could hear their toilet flush as if it were in my room. The roof terrace needs more exclusivity . The public access ruined the tranquility. I thought a complimentary upgrade would help, but that didn't happen.

    The service and personal attention stood out.

    I found the breakfast options to be a bit limited, and the atmosphere in the pool area was lacking. I also had some disappointment with the prices for food and drinks being EXTREMELY high. Even though I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool, the limited size and availability of sun beds made it hard to unwind as I had hoped.

    The room was spacious and elegant, with a comfy sofa and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the balcony overlooking a quiet street. Take advantage of the spa lounge with hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was good, offering freshly made pastries and quality coffee. The rooftop bar had amazing views of Palma's skyline.
